Very nice. Love seeing a freeCAD post :) Based off the picture, it looks like you did get it off? Or is that not the lock it is attached to in the picture?

This forum is still a work in progress, but you can see at the bottom I have some communities in the "Federated Communities" to test it out.
From there, each topic is an individual post from the community.
@testaccount372920@piefed.zip it's forum software. So I'm building a standalone forum, but am going to have a few categories that connect to the fediverse for communities that complement ours :)
@zoldyck@lemmy.world lol, jokes on you, we dont have any members yet haha.
Or from a different perspective: all of the fediverse userbase belongs to us. . . 😈

@julian@activitypub.space - Sorry to always bother you with questions. But according to the github issue suggestion: https://github.com/NodeBB/NodeBB/issues/14019#issuecomment-3974850252
I unchecked the "upvote" & "downvote" section that holds the federated communities. Instead of just on federated users, I did it on all of them.
It still seems to not be working. Is this a bug or user error?
Well, Darn. That didn't work.
A few more upvotes please. I adjusted a setting - hopefully it fixes it.

[EDIT 2] Well the numbers havn't changed here. So maybe it is working. do these numbers show different on anyone elses instance/community?
[Edit 3] Yeah, it's not working. It's still going up. Thank you for the update info everyone.
@julian@activitypub.space Thank you - I'll think on it a bit, and possibly do that. I appreciate the reply!

@emb@lemmy.world I agree. We need to bring back forums.
