@joynewacc@palestine Thank you so much for this amazing work, @fabio, and for archiving the voices of our Gaza Verified families for posterity. They are bearing witness to genocide and history will not forget their names.

Poster: Outline pencil sketch of Farah “Joy”, a proud young Palestinian woman with brown eyes. The Palestinian flag is hinted at with a red triangle, a splash of green behind her shoulders, a white background and the black inky silhouettes of birds flying above.
The text, in a typewriter font, frames her portrait in two columns. Left column: “She is a writer, she is a poet. She shares to us her thoughts, her life, her feelings, her voice. she has the dream to write about what she lived in Gaza.” (Text repeats several times.)
Right column: “She has the right to speak, she has the right to say to us what is happening and we have the duty to listen to her.” (Text repeats several times.)
In all caps, underneath: BLUESKY – YOU’RE NOT GOING TO SHUT HER VOICE
@fkamiah17@syzito.xyz Yeah. Although I feel we see things a little differently. She sees “surveillance capitalism” as a bastardisation of capitalism. I see it as capitalism working as designed.

@adachika192 @palestine@lemmy.ml @palestine@fedibird.com * presses on with committing genocide in Gaza
@adachika192 @palestine@lemmy.ml @palestine@a.gup.pe @israel Nicely done.
Israelis are going to realise any day now that you don’t get to compartmentalise genocide.

@Aseelsehwel @palestine I just got a message from Aseel. She’s alive. That’s all I know.
Going to share the screenshot she sent me next.
@divya@sunny.garden (And, yes, we do.) :)
@divya Thank you kindly :) 💕
@divya ? :)
@alx I don’t see them listed on Francesca Albanese’s list https://www.aljazeera.com/news/2025/7/1/un-report-lists-companies-complicit-in-israels-genocide-who-are-they or on the BDS web site, so, with the general caveat that no trillion-dollar corporation is your friend and there’s no ethical consumption under capitalism, it doesn’t appear that they are involved in the way those other companies are.
Here’s more information from the BDS movement on Microsoft (this is what the first link on the site leads to):

@Sh41@androiddev.social I mean, they’ll hate you for it, but it’s the easiest way to cut through the bullshit.
@Sh41@androiddev.social Always: follow the money.
@d4m13n@digitalcourage.social 🤷♂️
@Sh41@androiddev.social Don’t be; it was entirely predictable.

@kamillakurczewska@pol.social 💕
PS. It’s not lost on me that the only way you can protect a human right on Windows is if you pretend to be protecting a corporate right.
@stux@mstdn.social Yep :)
@thenewoil@mastodon.thenewoil.org @ShaulaEvans@zirk.us Meta? Really? Say it ain’t so! 😱
