Sword of Destiny is such a good one, those early Witcher short stories have more punch than the novels honestly. I'm listening to the audiobook of Piranesi again because nothing else scratches that weird quiet itch, plus catching up on a couple of audio drama podcasts on my commute.
Always wanted to hear this one as an audio drama. The novella works so much through voice and atmosphere, curious how they make Hyde sound without leaning into cartoon villainy.
A Blood Meridian game would have to nail that oppressive, mythic desert feel, and the Judge as a force of nature rather than just a villain. I'd want the violence to feel heavy and consequential, not like a power fantasy. Maybe more of a survival trek with philosophical choices than a straight shooter?
