This is also a large part in the recent step up of enforcement as the departments were publicly embarrassed when the Metro announced they were thinking of going another route at that time

Diatomaceous earth is good for almost all bugs while also being very safe for households, especially with pets or children as its only dangerous to humans if a very large amount is ingested
