With the muslin, I made the mistake of not extending the waistband over the zipper guard (left on the photo). Invisible when you close the pants, but still something I improved with the final product. I also sewed a bit closer to the zipper with the pink pants.

@sewing@Felis Finished the sewing station the other day, I replaced the bow with another thread catcher, with the idea I could use that for general pieces of trash.
We'll have to see how well I can work with it. Perhaps I'll turn it so it hangs off to the side, in case it gets in the way of sewing. I still need to erase the orange chalk lines, too.
As far as I'm concerned, #Mobilesheets is still the best software for #Android, though unfortunately proprietary. Still better than using #Apple products though, if you ask me.
I still have a cupboard filled with sheet music, but I just quickly scan them into Mobilesheets whenever I need something. The built-in photo function works really well for that.
The character limit sure is a challenges sometimes, but having a succinct post is also a good thing.
I wish the #goodyearwelt community here was as lively as on Reddit, but the way to make things happen here is to be the change you want to see in the world, so here we go! I have plenty more goodyear welded shoes and boots, so I'll coin #gywweekend to show them off and hopefully add some activity here and on the Lemmy community goodyearwelt@lemmy.world.
