Now that I think about it, I was updating the BIOS pretty frequently since my chipset is a first gen X670E, so maybe that was what helped. Hope you have as much luck, maybe I'll try Linux again soon and see if I can get better at reading those sorts of logs.

Sadly it has done it on both, W11 and Endeavor. I was hoping that moving to Linux would resolve it, but it persisted and I decided to go back to Windows. The one thing I have noticed is that right before rebooting, there's about 1-2 seconds of extreme latency, even impacting the mouse pointer tracking. As far as I remember, the hardware pointer is handled by the GPU, making me strongly believe it is at fault.

I do have some hope though, it seems to have become less frequent with a GPU driver update that happened at some point within the last year (I have Windows updates blocked and manually update infrequently because of all the MS shenanigans).

When I first built the computer, the reboots would happen twice a week, but at this point I have only encountered it once or twice a month.

Here's hoping AMD's driver team has been working on it, that it's not just luck, and truly not hardware issues - I wish I had the skills to actually diagnose what is going wrong.

My 6800 XT as well (at least I think it's the culprit)

I mean yeah, if I can get time off work with no consequences in order to take care of a sick kid in need, of course I am choosing that over fattening some investors' portfolios.

Do not relocate them, it is sadly less humane. There are already other animals living in these areas who are barely surviving as-is, and introducing new ones potentially has the effect of killing both natives and those introduced, through competition for resources and damage to established habitat. Many will succumb to disease or environmental hazards they are not acclimated to, dying a slow wretched death.

Adopt a shelter cat and buy quick-kill snap traps if they are causing damage or contaminating living spaces. If they are someplace where they don't cause major damage, you could consider https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ContraPest to depopulate them over a long period.

While it is more fun with friends, you can try playing online with randos. There is also a "silent" mode where chat is turned off, making it a pure deduction game, if you are too shy to play it as a social experience. https://secrethitler.io/

I am having trouble understanding the math you are describing. How has the system been gamed if you voted this way? It sounds like you only play yourself, if you would discard your second-choice in the hopes that your first wins. The system is still going to favor consensus.

I miss Wabbitemu on Android, I have such strong muscle memory for the TI-86. Every other calculator just frustrates me.
