Sorry for your loss mate. The gap between them passing and the funeral feels stressful and it's only after where you feel like you can truly process things. At least that's been my experience anyway.
Managed to lose my glasses at Chester Zoo last week, so I've been wearing contacts all week.
Bought myself a new standing desk so I'm looking forward to that arriving. Hoping to get a new chair and walking pad too and get some steps in.
Also my new bike arrived (Trek FX 2 Hybrid), it's the first non-mountain bike that I've owned and can't believe how quick it is! I've only ridden it twice though so far as I'm really struggling to find the time to do anything lately.
Maybe I just don't know enough how these work, as I've never heard of stacked prs before.
What does the workflow look like? Can the first PR be merged and deployed without the other prs being approved and merged first? Or do they all need to be approved and it all gets merged together?
This reminds me, I've got two parking charges from taking my dad to the hospital 🙁 I paid and displayed the blue badge but didn't choose the correct option when paying, which has cost me £140.
This is it. So many soft drinks have been ruined by replacing the sugar with artificial sweenters. I wish they'd have just made a "zero" edition and kept the more premium sugar original version.
I respect people that own their mistakes and put their hands up and admit they did something wrong. Saying it was a mistake but then not apologising signals to me that he doesn't think it was a mistake but was probably pressured into taking it down. Be clear with your messaging, don't confuse potential voters.
I'm a millenial but on the very rare occassion that I go to the pub with a group, I hate buying rounds. Not because of cost, but because I'm a slow drinker and everyone is finished by the time I've drunk half a pint. Let me just enjoy my own drink at a pace I want to drink it.

Ahh fucking lowlife scum bags! Sorry to hear that mate.

Maybe I'm being dumb but I don't see the point? Just be disciplined in creating smaller PRs?
Because they didn't know it was incorrect in the first place.
Send them back, express delivery.
You might want to be mindful where in the UK it's going, as chocolate might not survive the journey due to the heat!

How are you finding it? How did you find out out Lemmy / feddit.uk if you don't mind me asking? :)
Have you read all the books? I saw a comment that the first book is great but the rest are meh, not sure if that's true or just that one persons view!
Could you research local chocolatiers (maybe local to you or or recipient?). They're usually in that price range.
That's what she said
Does Farage know that Clacton has a beach?
Of course he is, and he's taking advantage of the situation, which Polanski shouldn't have given the opportunity for.
Let's face it, it's the kind of post that's kind of funny to post on here, but it's not something the leader of a political party should be sharing.

No I don't think so, it's for bulk senders. I'm guessing the badge made it too thick for a standard 2c post?
Imagine being on a flight for 24hrs. I think I'd rather have the stop over.
