Brazil had it during the 21-years USA-backed military dictatorship. I think it went on for another 8-10 years after that, but then it was removed because it was recognised as a nationalist and fascist practice, incompatible with democratic values.
The Brazilian Constitution states in its fundamental principles that “all power emanates from the people”. The people don’t owe allegiance to the State, because the State only exists as the will of the people.
I always found the adversarial relationship between USA people and the Government very strange for a country that likes to position themselves as the pinnacle of democracy.
3D printing is generally pretty easy these days. Most of the difficult things from the early days have been largely automated through the use of numerous sensors and firmware improvements, as well as better engineering and materials being used to make the printers.
That said, some things are paramount.
Most filaments absorb water (hygroscopic), and need to be properly dried before use. A quick search should make a lot of resources come up.
The printing surface should be kept clean at all times. Keep a spray bottle of isopropanol and a cloth handy. Wipe the bed after each print.
Calibrate your filaments. Grab Orca Slicer and go through the calibration procedures. Save the profile with the brand and material in the name. Some filaments will diverge depending on colour as well, so if you start seeing different results it’s worth it re-calibrating for the new colour - save it as a new profile.
Most of all, have fun! Experiment, ask as many questions as you have. Don’t be shy. Sometimes what may seem like a stupid one is actually very important and non-obvious.
Just get Kimi, Z.ai or Mistral. I don’t understand why people are so hung up with Claude. It’s good, but the others are 95% as good for a fraction of the price.
I consider Windows borked by definition. I don’t even have it installed any longer.
I also don’t know what you consider “playable FPS”, and I never had anything on medium. On Linux the only setting I have that’s not at its highest is that I don’t activate path tracing.
That’s not exactly true. You can pay through an existing credit card via Pix (it doesn’t have to be Visa or MasterCard), or pay in instalments via pre-approved credit with the bank.
What would you park there for? To visit the other parking a couple blocks down?
Are you asking them to first wear no shirt, and only after that make videos instead?
100% of this article hinges on false premises, completely disconnected from the real world.

This very much. They are probably the largest private worldwide vigilance operation ever to exist.
Unfortunately they provide services that are very valuable to some organisations, so they get away with it.
Why do you say the dog was aggressive?
It just looked excited, and the fact that it backed off straight away reinforces that.
Don’t get me wrong, these guys do get bitten by dogs and are generally afraid, so I kind of understand his reaction (though I don’t condone it).

What shady shit?
Oh please join Schengen as well!

Human rights tend to mean those agreed upon on the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, so not very vague at all.

Seeing that Federation phasers are some of the weakest hand weapons in that universe, what does that say about the values of its enemies?
Slackware and Debian both started in 1993.

But then you’d have no reason to also get the other subscription.
That said, it’s probably pretty easy to jailbreak that with clever prompting.

I can play CP2077 on Linux on a 7900 XTX with RT at max (not path tracing though), at almost 4k at about 60fps with no frame gen.
On Windows, with the lowest RT settings I get 10-12fps.
This has been the case for months. I look forward to the new Mesa and hope to be able to go all the way to 4k!
