Babushkas of Chornobyl! I love this film. I watched it many years ago now. It's absolutely amazing. When the full scale invasion started and reports of Chornobyl being occupied spread, I immediately thought the same as you. What happened to Babushkas? I hope they are ok.
Wow! Looks like an amazing project. I had a super busy last month and forgot to check in here. It seems they collected the amount and closed the fundraiser. Hopefully, this book will be available to buy later on.

I know very little about Hutsul culture but I had the pleasure to taste banosh (Hutsul corn porridge) at Ukrainiska Knajpa in Wroclaw, Poland. It's a very delicious and satisfying comfort food.
