Yeah..... You can. If there is an established norm, then there is no reason to assume extraordinary uniqueness unless presented with evidence that begs to differ.
I simply presented you with "the evidence that begs to differ". Whether or not it applies to humans was never the point I was making. I simply asked for your thoughts on uniformity regarding intra-species pheromones.
You didn't. It was an assumption based on you quoting the other commenters source asking had they even read it. I don't see how anything else in that conclusion could be confused for confirmation of a uniform intra-species pheromone, which is the point you've been trying to make in this thread, and asked for sources that contradict your assertion.
Did you check out the source I posted? Curious to hear your thoughts on the matter.
Species-specific means they aren't inter-species, not that they're uniform across a species.
Intra-species variations of pheromone production has certainly been studied, the question isn't really whether it occurs, but rather why intra-species pheromone variations occur.
He ironically claimed it was to allow other people to be seen/heard "through the noise", and to "save the fediverse" so I'd say it's more than likely.
All of which is fine to do from an administered back end... Like dubvee for example (the instance he ran). But I guess that wasn't good enough, and he felt his will needed to be enforced on other instances also.
Essentially the store contains all games the admin has setup on the server. A user then subscribes to a game from the store, which adds it to their library, ready for download. There's no transaction or anything like that.
Store probably isn't the best terminology to use, but I guess they're trying to mirror steam as closely as possible for adoption purposes.
Yams (Yet another media server) starts you off with a full media arr stack, as well as your client of choice, torrent & nzb clients, and walks you through connecting all the pieces.
It also has built in methods for setting up a VPN tunnel for your torrents, which is definitely recommended. After running through the setup, you'll end up with a compose file, and full docker media server stack. (I think even music arr client is included, but its been a long time since I set this up).
This all started with you making an accusation at me, because you made an assumption that wasn't true lol, but please carry on with the projections.
Respectfully I'll have to disagree with that, If this "discussion" of yours has taught me anything, its definitely that I need to engage with people online less, not more.
Ah I see, so most of them thought you were an asshole until you just continued long enough for them to just leave it, and you perceive that as a mutual understanding? Fascinating.
See, this is a novel situation for me. I normally just leave a lighthearted joke on posts and move on with my life, but something about your initial comments just screamed redditor neckbeard energy, and you caught me off guard.
Let me guess, you originally migrated to Lemmy after being banned from reddit after too many of your "discussions".
That's exactly what makes your last edit so laughable. What was it you said, see 1 asshole vs see assholes everywhere? Now in the very next statement you're bragging about how you routinely do this shit.
So the other really cool thing you can do with the Blorp client, is tag other users for easy reference later. Though I Don't think I'll easily forget this exchange. Feels like every time I see a bananaman suit, I'll think of this moment.

Seriously though, these look great. if you're looking for more ideas some additional open source apps I regularly use are (links are to the logos):

It's the water based version of skynet.

Don't blame MrGoosMoos for your actions, They didn't cause anything. The only thing that caused this super weird conversation was you mate.

Talk about projection.
Yeah that's totally why you're still responding buddy, because of how not pressed you are. everyone believes you on that 😂
So you will think of me but you won't think of me?
Meh, about as coherent as the rest of the shit youve come out with so far I guess.
Okay? ....
