Thanks I thought about this option but I didn't want to leave it in all the time. I've been looking all day however and it might be the best option! I wish I had a 3D printer I would print a cradle for a cable to snap into.
Looks like it does have a container option! $100/year for Backblaze computer backup is above what I was hoping to spend but it's unlimited and I'm looking for a set it and forget it option so I'll probably do exactly that, thank you.
This is why I fully wiped my reddit account history overwriting every comment before deleting. There was no explicit personal information but anyone looking hard enough could probably tie it to my real life identity.
Backup software of your choice pointed at the Immich library
Any recommendations? Preferably something something with a homeassistant integration or docker container with webui so I can more easily access it remotely. New to all this.

Yeah the whole point is to avoid having the cables move at all since they are so sensitive.
Not a bad idea what did you get?
I could run power separately without an issue but I was hoping to spend less than $200. Maybe I'll look into an older used laptop.
Mine can actually, but it's not quite ready for prime time yet and I'd still prefer a mini PC.
Oh shit where are they
It's $6/tb which isn't bad but for my 3tbs is still more than $100/yr.

What does the setup look like on your end? Is there like, an app? Also how would I look into managing encryption by myself?
OK now we're talking! Thanks.
Not looking for a workaround but thanks
Also launching a script from cell phone is kind of the same issue
Not quite, I want to restart a VM using a container.
Debain and VirtualBox
That's what I do now, just looking for something where I don't have to lookup the command and type it in with my phone
Debian and VirtualBox
you can restart VMs from portainer?
ok great thank you!
CasaOS doesn't have a way to do that, how can I do that in Portainer?
