I don't really know, but my guess is that since gruul delirium is a fairly aggressive deck, it probably wants to play only very few/close to zero taplands and one surveil land might just be the optimal number most people settled on.

They all run some version of Android. I think you'll have to get an actual phone variant if you want GPS though, I'm not sure the tablets have it.

I think your best bet might be some of the Chinese e-ink android phones. Hisense and Bigme offer some, there are a couple other brands too. But I doubt you'll be able to flash a different OS on any of those.

The minimal phone probably has GPS too, but I didn't see it directly mentioned. It's only black & white though

Getting a second e-ink screen for your regular phone could also be an option.

For Taskmaster UK: From the more recent series(!) Series 19 was pretty well regarded I think. Overall series 5, 7 and 14 (I think) tend to often crop up in the comments as fan faves. Haven't watched all of the NZ and AU ones yet, but I think the most recent NZ one and the AU one before this one were both very good. Overall it really doesn't matter much though because the shows are pretty much consistently good imo

No clue about Castle Howard, but Howard the Duck was a 1986 movie based on the eponymous Marvel Comics character.

To me, I feel it had pretty much all the ingredients of a good/great season. Both Toms settled in to their roles fairly well in the first season already, pretty much all the contestants were fairly iconic with very unique characters and some standout moments, the "bad improv group" was very fun in the team tasks and I liked that it seemed to have a higher proportion of creative/open ended tasks than TM UK usually has, which I prefer.

Him not coming to terms with his sexuality is making both his and your life miserable. Imo the best way forward is to directly confront him. Call him out on his bullshit excuses and coping strategies and ask him to accept himself for who he is (you will have to gauge whether being blunt about it or phrasing it more compassionately will be more likely to suceed). This will probably cause a lot of tension or might even risk the friendship in the short-run. But him coming to terms is clearly what BOTH of you need to be happier in the long run and the thing that separates a good friend from just any friend is the willingness to stand up for the long-term and overall well-being of a friend even if it means trouble in the short term.
