Yes your right Luffy will free such haki that imu could compare it to joyboy's but Luffy hase long way to go because joyboy's haki was so strong that the Gorosei just got teleported back to Marigoise it's not enough to get imu on his knees but teleporte gorosei back is not easy
And i totally forgot about what happened at Marigoise 200 years ago it's going to be fun when we know what happened
And I think in the elbaf ark Luffy will let advance conqueror haki and that will power up Luffy significantly
