Steam is not paying taxes in Vietnam, and they have no official employee in Vietnam, that serves as a contact person. The latter is required by law. E.g. Shops need to have a shield on their front, giving contact information, and communicate clearly who's behind this shop (private person or company).

Aber ich erlebe in 16 Jahren WoW das erste Mal das Endgame mit Genuss, weil ich es vorher nicht besser wusste und mir der Weg zum Maximallevel immer besser gefallen hat, als die Raids. Jetzt ist es anders und ich erlebe eine neue Facette des Spiels.

Ohne das Video gesehen zu haben: Je nach Lust und Laune und GegenĂŒber bin ich gewillt zu argumentieren oder nicke nur ab und wechsele das Thema.
Aber ich war auch mal âvorsĂ€tzlich ignorantâ, immerhin als dummer Teenager, bei Erwachsenen habe ich weniger VerstĂ€ndnis.

btw thay's the same reason why Steam Germany has exactly ONE employee.
