Ich finde man muss bei 'sozialen Netzwerken' unterscheiden zwischen z.B. der Forenkultur die wir Anfang der 2000er erlebt haben und dem in 'sozialen Medien' wie die aktuellen Versionen von Facebook/Xitter/Instagram.
Letztere find ich (wie viele andere Leut hier) net so nice.
From my personal experience with (unfortunately) dark grey shutters facing south: Having just the holes open allows minimal airflow, which helps decrease the temperature between them and the window - because if the sun bakes the shutters, the air trapped behind them will get HOT - like hot enough that you can feel a difference when holding your hand against the glas.
For me it was better than having them completely closed, also it allowed a tiny bit of natural light in, but your mileage may vary
The e-up! also was at a quite attractive price - but they only allowed people to order it for like 2 months and then the 'production queue was filled up, so no reservations for the next 12-14 months'
I've got a similar build - the only thing I'd consider upgrading is the CPU to an X3D but honestly that's chasing the last few drops. All games run great on pretty high settings and stable 60 - which is enough for me.
I had more of a spectacle fighter / action fighter vibe with it.
Like Metal Gear Rising or something close to it. Honestly I'm pretty stoked for it - I mostly hope for a somewhat modern Onimusha 3 - I didn't really get too warm with the Remaster of 1 'though so I'm not 100% sure.
IMHO it should not really mean shorter batteries. Might we loose 5% capacity or something like that for them to be more repairable? Probably.
But the option to manually replace the battery will - over the life of the device - outweigh that in my opinion.
My phone is now 4 years old - the main reason why I'm considering getting a new one is the battery life degrading. It still has ~80% battery health left - enough to get me through a non-demanding day but not enough for a more regular one.
If I could just replace the battery - I'd have done that already. But also I'll have to replace it next year anyways as it'll be EOL on security patches.
I work in a similar environment. Most of our projects lifecycle we were 4 devs who knew each other reasonably well and all had high trust in each other.
Unless it was a one-liner or a hotfix at 4am did get merged without a code review.
Most if the reviews were just hitting the checkmark, things look fine done.
But sometimes someone makes a mistake, as is human. In that case we caught it before it hit main.
Vielleicht können wir noch irgendeinen Schlüssel definieren, keinen Plan - 100 Autos 1 Baum, dann können wir vielleicht noch ein paar Bäume abholzen für mehr wundervolle Parkplätze <3
Not devoted to genocide - but rather when wanting better candidate (a real socialist candidate that does not support the war machine) but instead getting a sock puppet I'd rather try to have the sock puppet instead of letting worse people win.
Then again what is the other Option? Not vote for either candidate like in 2024 and let Trump win?
I'm not a US citizen but I still act similar in my local elections - vote for the candidate that will do less evil when they're in office, if there is no better option.
And I gotta hand it to the DNC they're really amazing at just cutting off their own legs. Because shooting themselves in the knee can't describe this.

Switched to Endeavour/Arch a while back. Now I also got some more regular ass friends asking me which distro to use for their occasional gaming
Die eId is glaub ich sogar EU Standard, eine Erweiterung davon wäre also smart.
