Yeah that's what I was afraid of. I find it strange though that neither gpu or cpu max out before I hit a bottleneck, but I guess not having 100% usage doesn't mean you re not hitting a bottleneck (IOPS etc). Strangely though I've also used this mod (essentially a DLSS enabler) (separately from what I reported above) and I m getting a nice ~80fps+ again in heavily crowded areas. I have the expected drawbacks of frame gen though but it's more playable.
Maybe i'd also try it in a Windows machine just to verify even though I don't have an installation at hand right now.
