That's true, that's why I use instant crypto exchanges like Exolix or simpleswap to swap Monero. But I am afraid only Monero community cares about privacy in every aspect (anonymity on forums, exchanges, etc)
Generally, if you sell your XMR on Trocador or Exolix, or similar and get ETH which will be sent to CEX, you should not have any problems. There is a swap mechanic, so you, in fact, get clear ETH with no connection of XMR

You can buy any crypto like USDt through any "white" service and then swap it to Monero using Trocador or Exolix, your Monero will come to your wallet
If we were trading Monero, the price had grown up with the rest of crypto 😜
