Thanks for the response, that totally makes sense.

I found the feature for memmy here , which calls all hide requests on refresh, which is fine for the user but like you said problematic for Lemmy.

Anecdotally I have noticed lots of empty fetches on refresh since they added it, only fixed by changing the sort options.

Thanks, just found out about this (been using memmy). I like the feel of mlem a lot more, only thing holding me back is hide on scroll feature.

Anyone know if there are plans for this or did I miss it in settings?

I could see certain accessibility settings of cars such as color blind settings, bold text, even physical personalization ordered for the car based on hereditary or not genetic conditions falling into that category.

Some companies will find that information useful for ads I suppose.

I hope the first option in the case, I’m kinda against the idea of mandating design choices in that sure an easily replaceable battery sounds great, but what will need to be sacrificed in other design choices? Not sure how waterproofing, warranty will change.

I can’t believe how well it runs on iPhone, way smoother than the Mlem TestFlight app. I think this wasn’t an option for Reddit 3pa because once you try to monetize, if it’s not on the App Store you’re getting steamrolled. Anyways since that doesn’t seem to be an issue here it seems like a great solution.

Would be interested to hear from the devs how they plan to expand in the future.
