Sure, but there is a difference letting one corporation overpower the market and supporting a national or even international business.

We got Taco Bell some years back where I live and suddenly all the actually good places died, and sure, some of them were genuine local businesses instead of just corporate chsins, but I'd much rather support anything other than some American super corporation, get a shittier product that's more expensive, just because they have the money to push their shitty product more than some smaller, albeit corporation shit.

Most American super corporations have enough influence and power as it is. Nothing wrong if we get some competition and variety. Lesser of two evils you know.

Shit where do you work man? I need to get me one of those jobs, because, while I just keep to my own life, it seems the same shit goes on, because the assholes never really grow up. They just age. No matter where you go.

And I'm talking about a bath mat/rug. As clearly shown in the picture. I'm not a 100%, but I don't think they use the kind of glued on whole floor carpet anywhere outside the US because it's just crazy. Carpet elsewhere is just normal carpets/rugs, like sane people use.

I mean, you can definitely make recorders with multiple chambers. Check out native American flutes - lots of which are essentially recorders. Just search for double flute or drone flute on YouTube.

There was a post somewhere that I saw some time ago and there was a bathroom a lot like this, not all glass, but a glass window you could see to and from the bed, as well as mirrors all over that let you see to and from the bed and someone explained that those kinds of bathrooms/hotel rooms are that way for sex stuff, like paid sex stuff. I don't remember the exact reasoning, but it's not to watch someone take a dump. I mean I guess if someone's into that then two birds with one stone, but it was more along the lines of security or something, so you can see neither party is doing something malicious, stealing or spicing a drink with something.

Maybe this is something like that as well.

This is such a gut-wrenching song to me. I just wish they'd have done a version without the horrible sax (I play myself and my taste in sax is, I guess super picky) solo.

So I listen to this cover a lot. It doesn't pack the same punch and you can hear something in Roger's voice that you just can't copy.

A great song

Yeah, in good and in bad, this place is a lot like "the old days of the internet", but thankfully more in the good way than the bad. People keep complaining about shit I haven't seen for a second, constantly there are actions from the mod/admin side about shit I've never even seen etc. Even without proper mod tools and shit it seems like everything is working out quite well. To which I and all of us owe a huge thank you to the people working on this stuff.

Thank you people! Thank you for making this place feel like home and something greater than what we've had for a long ass time.

Out of all the things that Spotify is shitty for that's the least of my worries about them, and I fucking hate right-wing shitheads. People would rather see the artists they love starve if it gave them convenience to enjoy their art without actually paying for what they do.

It's honestly kind of baffling to see people go up in arms enough to side with fucking Disney "in support of artists" because AI is supposedly stealing from them and the same people go on with their lives and put on Spotify and feel self-righteous. People fucking suck.

Castlevania, Zelda and Silent Hill (though I'd say all first 3) mentioned so I'm gonna say Alundra. Sure it's very Zelda/JRPG, but that game had some amazing music that just sticks with you.

Also a little tongue in cheek, but Adventures of Lolo. I'm not sure if there's just one song throughout the trilogy, but it sure feels like it. Weirdly it doesn't bother you. It's like a hypnosis that just makes you play one more level. One more try. Kind of like the Tetris soundtrack, but it never gets old.

I'm glad someone enjoyed it! I don't think I could cringe as much watching a show as when I was watching that. I'd rather watch Dawson's Creek or something. There were a lot of elements that could've made it great, but it just really felt horrible watching it the whole time. In comparison the weird X-Files reboot was at least kind of fun, Dexter was like watching a trainwreck to me.

There is no report feature yet. Most admins/mod teams I've seen respond to issues like these have said to report to them directly by direct message.
