Ingredients:
2 grilled vegan burger patties
fresh lettuce, cucumber and cherry tomatoes from the garden
vegan cream cheese (not mayo)
and, finally, the 'almost' part: lightly grilled cheese šmeigelis (a sandwich bun). I can't stay away from cheese. It's the only thing keeping me from being vegan. And these buns are amazing
