Struggling to make friends to actually communicate with on the platform, plus the impending threat of checking and storing your ID, means I nuked my account with Discrub and will never be back.
Seeing the downvotes and I honestly won't knock y'all for that, just consider the US environment where I come from and got to be day to day. Solidarity 🤞
To my knowledge Israel/Palestine & Hamas and Russia/Ukraine make up a very sizeable majority of both battlefield and civilian casualties. Though you're right, a high body count conflict rages in Sudan as well.
This is the exception rather than the norm, sadly. Cameras on for every encounter, don't say a word, attach a face, name and shame and spread it to all corners of Internet discourse.
I've all but stopped browsing and using my reddit account due to the public buyout and enshittification, and haven't participated in that cesspool in a long time now, but now that they've decided to ban links to the Internet Archive I want to delete my account and data completely.
Unironically and nonjudgmentally asking, does having a small to mid-sized plush friend really and tangibly help you through your felt day-to-day experience? What aspects of it soothe and appeal to you? Asking because I don't hate this idea and am open to trying it again. Haven't tried to own a plush animal since my mom's dog ripped it up before I moved out of her place like 5 years ago. and my mental health has been in a very rough place, despite re-engaging with clinical and therapist help, and trying to have stoicism, "grit", and keep my struggles to myself but my depression and anxiety symptoms have been really strong as of late, boiling over into anger at times and frankly everything is just a lot to bear and I need a new cope, perhaps petting that little guy.

My country makes me want to self-delete.
We really shouldn't but goddamn it do we want to.
Dumbshits rigged an economy so they can't even go and say they got a refund for it
Is this that one cult's lore basically? (Kidding)
Were it not for the coat hangers it looks a lot like a secure interrogation room
Life is a special operation, friend.
Thanks, I hate this. I think I'll frame it on my wall.
Well? Hurry up.
Killing it!! 👍

Do you want American Civil War II to go hot? Because this is how you get Civil War II to go hot.
