I have tried 🐶 kagi.com/ in the past and had a good experience with it. It does have AI tho.
🌊search.waterfox.com/ clears 2 out of 3. The results are repackaged from google just like startpage
The only one left is 🍏 www.mojeek.com/ which I wouldn't necessarily call a decent search engine. 🥀 www.ecosia.org/ has AI and 🤓 www.qwant.com/ just exists for whatever reason.
