Got the packing and catheter out. Everything still looks like half a raw chicken carcass, but it seems as if all the right parts are there, if very swollen. Still pretty numb. Off pain meds since yesterday, at about 2/10 as of right now. Electrolysis was easily more uncomfortable.
My dilation schedule is 5-10 minutes at the largest size, twice a day. I guess I have about a finger's depth? I asked the surgeon to prioritize appearance, so no complaints there.
Now I just have to sit out another week of hospital.
It depends on the surgeon. Some say they will remove the follicles during surgery, in which case you don't need to bother (assuming they really do remove all of them). Otherwise, yes, you'll need to do hair removal or face hair growing where you very much don't want it to - and it's much harder to deal with at that point.
I had electrolysis to remove all hair from the genitals themselves plus a small border, but left everything else. So the end result will probably be technically a bit tidier than what would be there naturally, but not so much less that you'd notice.
Or did you mean just regular shaving? Which I assume they did while I was under.
It's because they put in a breathing tube when you're under, and people with bad teeth have had them accidentally knocked out in the past. Japan has subsidized dental and still people don't go...
Yeah, reflections where you don't see everything clearly can be very nice when your brain fills in the details. I'm a big fan of the bus window. Anyway, congrats! Long may it continue.
My (ex) sister-in-law had a very similar hairstyle to you.
Nice angle! Looking good <3
Estrogen is certainly the good stuff.

Thank you! It's knowing what I have to look forward to that's helping me get through the sucky part 🏥
Thanks <3
Thank you :3
Thank you ✨
Wow, those are crazy prices - and I'm paying out-of-pocket for mine. Good luck with your revision!
Noted, particularly now they're taking me off the stronger painkillers 🫠

I do! (I was also puzzled by the question)

Woah! Nice going! Phone is definitely hard mode.
It made my blood pressure crash so much I was fainting all the time, so I never got to see if it helped the ADHD.
Atomoxetine works much better for me, but it gives me an elevated heart rate which is a bit worrying.
Wow, you absolutely nailed the "dead-eyed man to confident hottie" look! Well done!
All the best going forward 🍻
Thank you!
I like it and I'm gonna use it!
