I chose samurai and I got the Bloodhounds Fang which is a super fun weapon. I switched out my headgear so I can stay med weight. Just can’t get over how visually awesome the game is too!!

It’s just so cool to slowly work out how to beat these bosses, then backslide and still stick with it, then to finally break through and defeat them…big yell when I won!! And it’s just so gorgeous and fighting larger than life enemies and the music. And I’m barely started!!

See anything fun in the stars?

Just got ER (very late to the game as a 49yo who has never played a soulslike) and found Godrick today after work…wish me luck!!!

Every patient I’ve had in the ER just slipped and fell on it. Crazy odds. Yeah, our bodies can’t push everything out whether because of size, shape, or integrity. I think the worst was the guy who had peeled ginger that got stuck. BDSM thing for him, used to be a form of torture. He was in a lot of pain and it took a while to get him to endoscopy.

If you want a decent DAP for cheaper than a DAC/Amp, you can always get a used LG V50 ThinQ on Ebay for $50. You can use it as a 5G phone too if you want. Quad DAC, 3.5mm out, and it will drive 300ohm headphones well too. Solid display, stream from everywhere, play movies...just a thought.

Dolphins are so rad to swim with!! That's awesome you got to swim with them! Where was that at?

There were definitely some moments of fear. They are SO massive and playful but they lose track of where their tails go. So you had to watch out for them, especially when there were 7 whales playing in the same area. One or two were easy to keep an eye on, but more was a bit hectic. That said, engaging with them, being SEEN by them, having them respond to your spins and arm waving was incredible and I am so grateful and awestruck.
