I have no clue. I'm too smooth-brained to have an idea for moass. What I know though is that I am very comfortable with my investment in Gamestop, and couldn't sleep better knowing my shares are mine, given that the whole house of cards is going to collapse soon.
Look, I never bought the premise that 'only 100% of shares locked by DRS will trigger MOASS', which seems to be something everybody is thinking.
This was just something that has been 'accepted' as a prerequisite for moass by the (perceived) majority, but in my opinion this whole thing will eventually blow up either way.
DRS is still important, because imo it does tighten the noose, and also I want to get paid when it's time and not be at the mercy of a broker.
