ETA: from commit history it seems to be mainly based on SPD v3.1.1? But I'm seeing later commits that mention "new Shattered content" without any merges, so I'm a little confused.
Care to elaborate? Did you know that there's also an alternate scroll design being considered, which has textured scrolls and upright runes?

Sorry, that's a holdover from Re-ArRanged PD. I'll check to see how to turn that off for manual installation.
