If I understand correctly, you are asking if your lender will let you refinance. The answer is that it's not up to them, you go to any other lender and try to get a better deal, and then they pay off your old loan and get you a new one. Your old lender (to my knowledge) cannot refuse the payoff.
There's also something called a Mortgage Recast, in which you make a one-time payment and your existing lender adjusts your payment schedule at the same interest rate.
You're right, I was taking numbers from years ago where .25% was a more significant fraction of an APR than now. But if you have a 7% mortgage right now, you can probably get one for 6% right now.
Indeed, "money exchanging hands" isn't the only way to get consideration
There's a lot of stuff I didn't discuss, like "points" which are not explained well by lenders (and sometimes I think they keep it purposefully obtuse).
This sounds exactly like Linux giving the old OOM killer. Reproduce the problem, then look at the output of sudo dmesg. If it shows something like "OOM killed process", then yes, that's the problem.
Do the following:
Consider giving less memory to the VM
Ensure you have at least a little swap space configured on Linux
Consider getting more memory
Exit other programs on Linux, especially web browsers
If you believe this article, commercial airlines are much much safer than passenger rail. There was another article that I don't feel like citing that suggested that, in the US, trains didn't even have a carbon advantage.
There's something I call a "pill stick", into which you put it in the barrel, jam it into the cats mouth while holding their jaw and then push the trigger. Requires a little finesse but easier than other methods.
Progressives work against progressive agendas by naming pro-safety policies like "don't have police respond to mental health patients" as the Fox-news like "defund the police".
Harris overtook Biden's polling numbers quite quickly. Also, I find that Biden's pardoning of the "kids4cash" judge demonstrates some extreme incompetence and tone deafness".

I agree, I don't think interest rates will be going down in the next 5 years. 🧐
Thanks! It'd be interesting to know how the laws around this stuff differ around this world.
I'd like to avoid Logitech as well, but Keychron mice seem to be Logitech hardware?
I read the book, then saw the movie.
Apparent plot holes (can't remember them right now) in the movies are explained by the book. And so many unexplained details like the
::: spoiler Tap for spoiler nature and behavior of the astrophage :::
And also
::: spoiler Tap for spoiler why Grace didn't die the same way Rocky's colleagues in space did :::
are explained in the book, making it a superb tie in.
Loved them both. If you haven't read the book, you should.
That particular use of grammar is normal in US English.
What took them so long?
Please do spam this feed, actually.

Don't blame it on media illiteracy. They are being knowingly malicious.

No, that's incorrect.
It's "Thou are tall" or "Thou art tall"

** Used as an object (it is hers)
