@vivaldi_browser I figured out the root cause. One of NordVPN's persistent Threat Protection features was blocking it. As soon as I disabled it, everything rendered fine on both iOS and iPadOS.

@SpacePanda The iPadOS install that is experiencing this was completely fresh on a brand-new device.
