I use Linux on my personal devices, but recently had to switch back on my work machine just because everyone else is deeply integrated into the Outlook/Office ecosystem and the mismatch was creating too many headaches.
They want you to access everything through search and recently accessed because its so intuitive. It's like they want computers to be as hard to use as possible for people who need to do actual work on many projects in any sort of organized way.
Also, now that IT has integrated everything with OneDrive, I routinely have to wait for my own files to be redownloaded before accessing them.
Medical is now less limited in Iowa (surprised the clinic people aren't advertising yet here on Fediverse) but it's all edibles and concentrates - no flower. Because reasons?

Depends on how new your hardware is - distros with new kernels work much better on many brand new machines.
