Sie dürfen nur die Gebühren zurückfordern, die aufgrund der pauschalen Klausel „ Preis pro Buchungsposten“ abgeflossen sind. Gebühren, für die es besondere Vereinbarungen im Kleingedruckten gibt, können Sie nicht zurückfordern, so lange nicht auch diese Regelung rechtswidrig ist.
Vermutlich ist das der springende Punkt. Im Kleingedruckten listen sie einfach auf, was alles als "Buchungsposten" zu verstehen ist und dann ist es wieder rechtens.
Die Stadtsparkasse verabschiedet sich offenbar nun komplett von Kundenfreundlichkeit und setzt alles darauf, den nicht-internetaffinen Teil der Bevölkerung auszunehmen.
