can someone explain to me what is this "rule" I see a lot in posts titles? sometimes mixed with other words? I'm having a hard time to understand its meaning

à l'échelle individuelle financer des médias alternatifs jpense que ça peut grave aider, genre le canard réfractaire, le média, blast... mais c'est juste si on a les moyens
sinon c'est une bonne question hahah, collectivement on peut créer plus de contenu crédible de gauche par exemple? s'étendre dans plus de réseaux? je balance des idées comme ça jsp
