I mean I could see myself doing it if I don't care about the job or have something else lined up, but if I want or need the job, I'm having serious doubts if it would work every day. Genuinely makes me question if you’re understanding this person and your role correctly. I only know she's not my boss and my role is the same as her. I don't understand why you believe you know my role better than me. I wouldn't do this over email. To be effective, the message has to be said next time she feels entitled to 'correct' me. but, just my 2 cents
