Id say tonnes of projects now just sort of work best via docker, so rather than mess around with installation instructions for multiple distros and etc, a single docker image is just way easier to maintain documentation on
Honestly speaking there have been a multitude of posters on the Discord that keep coming in going "Is the subreddit private? I dont get it" and they didnt even read the message you get when you visit /r/pathofexile
I use Hugo, its extremely easy to stand up and you can even host it for free via Github pages (as long as your source code is open source)

Largely yes, but I have found WSL2 can kinda trip over itself a little bit when it tries to do serial stuff, sometimes.
USB device access and whatnot kind of works, but it can be a bit sketch.

So I mostly chalk it up to "people cant read" tbh
I just wait til I have a mountain of scarabs and I, well, set their price.
You can list stacks for sale in bulk price by doing a
x/yprice to indicate the buyer must buy a certain amount.I don't bother selling any given slot for less than a divine so, if I have less than a divine of 1 type of scarab I dont bother listing it.
Once I surpass the threshold of 1 divine of 1 type of scarab, then I sell em.
