What exactly are you using to dab? Sounds like your banger is probably too hot. Rosin often needs lower temperatures compared to other concentrates like resin.
My understanding is that ideal temp range changes depending on your piece and the concentrate used, anywhere from 350-500 F. Don’t go above 600 F.
Here’s a few suggestions to experiment with:
Heat the nail or banger until it's glowing slightly red, then let it cool down for around 60 seconds before taking your dab.
Try a cold start dab. Put the rosin in the banger first, then heat it up until it starts to bubble slightly. Inhale, reheat as necessary
