By Frickles who wrote a really popular Haphne fic called A Malignant Ruse. There's a great amount of new mystery, new history and magical lore. Also fun characters. This author likes reading actual books and it shows in his writing.

The Santi's BWL is one of my favourite old fics. And made me biased in favour of long fics with extra worlbuilding. I do try and read short fics occasionally.
