Not suggesting he was automatically a good guy just because of that. But there's a video podcast where he spoke to Jason Calacanis about how the older you get the more socialist you get, the dangers of Facebook, a responsibility for societies to create citizens and not just workers, the need for healthcare, education, and order social programs, etc.
It was all very level headed and reasonable, and he honestly looked incredible. Now he looks nothing like it.
The podcast is This Week in Startups and they have an archive. Highly recommend you check out this specific episode so you can see the stark contrast.
Does anyone know of any good Moparscape or other RuneScape spinoffs? I would like to relive some RuneScape memories but don't know if I can get into my account, and even if I can, it'd be fun to level up very quickly and buy a bunch of rare items I never had, like Santa hats and party hats.
IIRC, Home Depot overwhelmingly donates to Republicans. So yeah, that won't happen. Or it'll be some bullshit thing that makes it seem like they're doing something to the public eye. But what matters is where the money goes.
With Jellyfin doesn't everything need to be downloaded somewhere and then added to it?
I agree about the family stuff. I was hoping to just configure everything for them, which is why I was hoping Stremio or Nuvio would work. Because then the configuration carries over to the other devices once I sign into my account.
Oh so you're thinking about it from the lens of a standard mail provider, correct? I was more so asking what the difference or advantage was compared to an alias service like Addy, Simple login etc.
I've thought about that too, but my concern is how to control the laptop from afar? Also I would like to set this up for my family so it needs to be user friendly and not technical at all. Or the least amount possible.
Did the fake info, but it's impossible to remove the Google account, it seems. It only allows you to switch to another Google account. But not remove entirely.

When/how/why did DHH fall off so bad? There was a time when he was (at least vocally) shitting on Jeff Bezos, Chamath, and a few other "friends"

Does Beeper not break Signal encryption?
Is the a way to de Google Onn 4K easily? Based on what I see in search results, it's fairly technical. Maybe I need to keep looking.
I just bought a new battery for it. Is it not worth it? I guess it will be plugged in all the time...
Thanks for calling this out. The laptop is very old, by I'm not sure how old. I'll have to check.
Wow, this looks awesome! I'll have to take it for a spin.
It's a blend of questions I guess, because there are so many considerations. Still, I only have one old laptop so far.

The same ones for Palantir and facial recognition against minorities.

So a Torrentio alternative is necessary is what I'm understanding?
I went with Premiumize instead and no issues. Very straightforward.
Was that on an Onn device?
I'll try ToreentsDB, thanks. I was planning on paying for TorBox with a Privacy(.)com virtual card, not my actual bank card.
Public WiFi is s good idea, and I'll try that. Thanks.
So the streaming and torrent websites will block the software that makes it possible to access them privately? That's mind boggling honestly.
I gave up on TorBox and went to Premiumize instead. No issues.

I have not but will give it a go. Thanks!

Thanks. From what I gather, you still need to connect a Google account to it though. Is that correct or did I miss something?
