My experience with Framework support is overall very good. Sometimes they are bit slow and need time to understand the issue, but in the end provide satisfying solutions.
Just recently, I complained about a misbehaving key on my 4 year old out of warranty 11th gen Framework and they sent a replacement keyboard for free.
I haven't used eOS myself, but in terms of privacy it is much better thsn stock Android. Just give it a try. In case you don't lime it, you can switch back to Android.
Do I understand correctly that you log in to your router over Tailscale and then from their you SSH into your server to uncrypt? Or can you access your server directly?
I set up Dropbear also for my server, but can only access it over local SSH. So I set up a Raspberry Pi which allows me to remotely unlock the server.
Show your support for European values by buying clothes made outside of Europe under horrible environmental and human conditions!
(That's my assumption since there is no info on the website)
If you are used to your custom tiling window manager, you are less productive on Windows.
Additionally, you have an increased anger level due to all the Windows annoyances.
Also use Borgbase for 25$/year for 250GB. Additionally my data is saved via Syncthing to several devices.
I ended up with the same solution, but it is a bit lacking and seems to be abandoned. Did you manage to import playlists from other devices?
Yes, the TV remote controls Kodi via CEC.
I have an LG with WebOS which is also not connected to the internet. So that's unfortunately not an option.

I have mixed experience with Organic Basics. Some of their clothes last way to short to be sustainable.

If you plan to buy a new laptop I would give my money to a (somewhat) ethical company which fully supports Linux:
NovaCustom
Framework
Starlabs
Nitrokey
Tuxedo
system76
Some of those even have core boot built in.
Diese Statistik sollte viel öfter in den Nachrichten vorkommen.

I also tried the same options and was not satisfied by any. Good luck with your program! I would be curious to try it when it's ready.
I was also sceptical, but then I started to use codecompanion.nvim with Hugging Face recently. It works quite well and can be helpful for coding.
Tailscale offers a paid Mullvad integration, where you can select most Mullvad servers as exit nodes. Works quite well.
Would you mind sharing the code?
US != America
America contains the two continents South and North America
There are still many nice places to visit in America, I would just avoid the US.

They have core boot, which is a big plus, but the hardware itself is not open source.
