That’s on them for using lousy websites. I can stream in full 1080p while using adblock so I never have to deal with ads (why would anyone stream anything without adblock, that is THE fastest way to get a virus omg)
Well, my first thought was that one of my friends would like this, so I shared the link.
My other thoughts were more about how this nails (for me anyway) the idea that religion and science can both be used for good and evil, and it depends on who’s in charge and why they’re doing what they’re doing. Faith and science can both coexist without harming each other, and in a world that constantly pits them against each other, it’s easy to forget that.
It’s worth asking who wants people of faith to distrust science, and who wants scientists to write off religion (when in fact, a lot of perfectly professional and good scientists are religious), and why those people want that.
