I've had 2 cards in the past 10 years. One was AMD and it was a nightmare to find the one driver that didn't crash my PC at least twice a month.
The other card was NVIDIA and never had a crash on any driver ever.
Maybe it's just bad luck but I won't buy AMD again after that crap and probably won't go green either. I'll keep waiting to see how Intel advances.
Now let's wait and see how google trains Earth 2 AI with their streetview data. We will be able to hallucinate places too just like that AI Minecraft project.
I know the feeling. Similar thing happened in a discord I'm in. Rate limit ban on a leader account, no response from support even via burner, then jumped ship to a new one that could actually be managed.
At least discord has to foot the storage costs of a dead server pestered with bots because of their own incompetence.
Anyway, human computer interaction folks (HCI) have been talking about these issues for literally a decade. Tesla vehicles are prone to sudden unintended acceleration. Tons of people have gotten locked inside a Tesla unable to escape. Etc. Etc. Tons of terrible UI issues and human control issues. It’s well known at this point.
These folks just wanna fanboy/girl over being scammed by their favorite billionaire for the lol memes.
The main problem is that all these companies have no experience with ISO26262 or Functional Safety for Road Vehicles. Replace "Tesla" with "BYD" and look at the number of news headlines regarding exploding cars in China.
Only benefit that comes from cars coming from the big 3 is that there's at least a few years of experience behind the design (even if its a bad one) so that it at least it doesn't blow up, or lock you in when its on fire.

I'm just lucky I got in before the madness started. The ram was free with a AM4 CPU I bought a long time ago and the storage was from goharddrive.
