However, note that even if they're in a jurisdiction that respects privacy a bit more than the other countries, they're far from being perfect: they will most probably ask you to kyc yourself. I had to share my address, through an app that I had install on my phone. No identity card asked though. Also, they have a very strong opinion on anonymity, they're clearly against it, and they shared it publicly. Anyway, we're far from Njalla's standards.
In my discussions screenshot, you can see that I asked for 1984.hosting, but Spamhaus just replied to me that I should look at another more trustworthy provider.

Yep, for a while. And I know that they have been set up properly because both ProtonMail and SimpleLogin allow to check if all's set up properly.
Yeah I find their behavior very unprofessional.
Talking with them was not pleasant from my point of view: I either got unclear/vague answers or automatic copy-pasta from them.
They mean the domain (the dns provider of my domain).
My email is not a subdomain of nja.la. It's @something.net.
