Using prospect mail, Thunderbird with Owl for Exchange or one of the myriad other email clients as well as teams for Linux (obviously for teams) solved the issue for me.
Actual productivity apps, I've always preferred the extensibility of libre office but there's also kingsoft office, open office, etc.
Known issue. 0.18 upgrade for this server has already been planned but hasn't been implemented just yet.

Hopefully 12 follows the pattern and ends up halfway decent. I'm having complaints from half my users about Windows 12 ranging from dropping network connections all the way to system crashes and repeating recovery screens
For screenshots, I've been pushing Greenshot as it has built in editing capabilities and has been quite stable on Windows 11
For .zip files, I still stick with 7-zip. It does what it does and has never given me issue.
