Depends on what you define as "flour"...I bake my own gluten free bread, it's made of equal parts buckwheat flour, cornstarch, wholegrain rice flour and a half part linseed flour + a ton of fiber husk. It does contain starch but for me this is balanced out by the other ingredients. I also like to make some " viking-bread" which ist mostly made of oats, seeds and nuts (no flour). Both are very tasty and do require some time for poofing/ chilling the dough whilst otherwise being fairly easy to make
Biodiesel...der Mais hier wird einfach grob von oben bewässert. Klar könnte man Felder effizient (in Wurzel-/ Erdnähe, in sinnvollen Mengen, z.B. Tröpfchenbewässerung wie es trockenere Länder wie Spanien schon längst in der Landwirtschaft etabliert haben) bewässern...aber das Wasser kostet ja nichts. Die Verbrauchsmenge wird (meines Wissens) nicht mal erfasst und da es Grundwasser ist kostet es auch nicht pro Liter, sondern nur der Betrieb der Pumpe....hier laufen die Anlagen 24/7, das meiste verdunstet...
Allerdings war das ganze (laut Artikel darüber in der Zeit) schon zum Drehzeitpunkt genauso wenig okay wie heute, mit einer Minderjährigen so eine Szene zu drehen...
I don't know about wether you can take it like this or not but i do know that you can buy empty capsules for filling them with your own supplements or whatever, maybe these could help with your GI-issues

Wünschen, man würde in einem isoliertem Neubau wohnen (in sinnvoller Größe sowas wie 60m2 für zwei Personen gerade schlappe 1800-2000€ kalt) oder mit Wärmepumpe heizen dürfen. Laut Vermieter aber keine Option da diese Dinger ja nicht funktionieren können.... Abwägen ob man fast jeden Tag erheblich zu früh (dann aber ne Stunde früher, einchecken geht da aber nicht ist Privatvergnügen) oder zu spät zur Arbeit kommt weil der Zug hier nur noch selten tut was er soll (über eine Lösung wollen sie 2040 nachdenken). Fast 40km über bergiges Gelände pro Strecke schaffe ich gerade leider nicht mitm Rad. Hängen leider wieder am Verbrenner nachdem der Elektroroller den Geist aufgegeben hat. E Auto leider nicht machbar, da hier keine Lademöglichkeit in 1km Umkreis und eine Neuanschaffung (noch) teurer ist als das bestehende Fahrzeug...Weiter wenig Erdöl-intensiv und weiter wenig konsumieren, träumen von besseren Zeiten mit funktionierendem ÖNPV...

It is quite comfortable as there are signs leading you to the fast lanes and they connect the whole city. It is bikes only and where the lane crosses roads, you have the right of way
I had the same Problem bit with loose tea containing very small peaces. Got a thingy with lasered holes, these are much smaller so no more stuff in my tea
Edit: it looks like a tiny cup, you put it in you cup and it stays in place with little wings
