Yeah, there are three versions.

The original AppVerifier is just passively maintained, and the database it uses is deprecated and will be removed when accrescent makes its full release. The dev is not actively working on the app anymore.

There is also a fork from Privacy Guides that went the opposite direction of AppVerifier BG and slimmed the app way down to just focus on being a companion for their verified apps database, which is the same database AppVerifier BG uses.

There are several inaccuracies in both of your comments. Please try to avoid using common networking terms incorrectly—e.g., a VPN is more than 'a fully encrypted link between two private points,' and Tor is not a VPN. Misstating these concepts can spread confusion, so if you’re unsure, please research before commenting.

Windows home edition does not even fully support bitlocker. You can't say they are seriously trying to push security when they don't even offer their full disk encryption capabilities to their home users.

Lol that's not the question at all. People are making this into a false dichotomy. This is not a question of install denuvo or use the HV crack. Don't do either. Period.

These are both terrible for security. HV is worse as it goes deeper into your system and requires you to turn off a bunch of critical security features for it to work.

Windows forcing users to have to pay extra for what should be default security features has always been an awful practice.

This seems like a bad faith argument, the crack is basically installing a rootkit in your system. Its fair to assume a lot of casual users will be as ignorant as you are about the security issues and not re-enable the features.

If you truly can't see why that might be worse then DRM installed in a game your a fool.

Are you data hoarding? The easiest way to save money on drive space is to get rid of media you aren't watching or games you aren't playing

on IPTV Options? · c/piracy · 0 pts · 158d

Glad this helped. DuckStreams is also a great stremio add-on as well.

There is also a live sports stremio addon that is supposed to drop soon if you aren't comfortable with IPTV. Although the discord says its going to be $5 / month which is pretty expensive compared to what you can get IPTV for on G2G or Alibaba (for example I pay $30/yr and there are cheaper options then that)
