They are also active on the fediverse, tho the mention auto complete here isn't picking uo their handle. It's funny to see this posted here I was just talking about the Comet to my partner over breakfast today.
The review system that Cartes.app developed on ATproto is not centralized. Each review is saved on the PDS of the user who posted it and there are thousands of PDSs now. If you look at my account (at://wake.st) on https://pds.ls/ you can see a sample review. You are able to reuse all of these reviews freely. They are each all linked to a users DID (either DID:plc or DID:web) and that is the only part that can be argued is centralized. But it is centralized in sorta a similar way as how DNS is centralized in the hands of ICANN
I really like Aral Balkan's new initiative called gaza-verified.org to verify the accounts of people in Gaza who are running fundraising accounts on the fediverse.
I made a few posts in communities for other Lemmy clients to see if any of them are interested in also supporting Piefed, it might be cool to make a table to track support requests for ones that would be down but haven't started the work yet and would accept PRs
sorta weird that this is reposted from me with no mention of its source
Still up now though so still a mystery as to why they are not included. Something strange is still amiss

I was thinking the other way around. I'm pretty sure that NoBlogs used to show up on fedidb
I know all about the Terrorist designation by the US, but this doesn't answer the question of why they are not on fedidb.
where are you getting this information from? first one I checked has nodeinfo up https://annalist.noblogs.org/.well-known/nodeinfo

Can you post a picture of what it looks like in links2
This article has been a source of so much frustration over the years. I honestly think it should be scrapped and entirely rewritten.
Oh this one is nice. I run a blog called Black Pixel Anthology that it would be perfect for.
Yes!
