Actually I have done it tonight I have pinned the hello thread so it appears at the top of the list. Unfortunately I can't find a way to add Cochise's post to it the thread but anyone else that comes along can just add a 'hello' comment to this post.

I was experimenting with making a pinned post for new joiners which I have succeeded in doing, but I can't find a way to move your post into it. Its nothing personal! 👍
