Understanding how it could apply in different situations is definitely a thing.
Had to explain in final exam in EU country, how/if the constitutional right to free speech would apply, when a man starts shouting 'fire' in a theater full of people.
Wasn't the only part of oral exam, but one of 2-3 main questions, somehow managed to still get equivalent of 'B', though I don't recall what I said exactly.
It probably also helped that this particular subject, rather than focused on law, was a mix of behavioural studies, law and philosophy.

"What apps do you need..."
Not a request or suggestion, just a vent... Only the one, that pisses me off about any and every mobile OS equally. A web browser that can be used for maps/mail/whatever other stuff from whatever other service, so I don't have to use countless pointless apps. Sadly I doubt this would ever happen, the effort to create such a browser that would work perfectly fine and be secure and utilise the hardware features of any phone seems equivalent to just building the OS itself.
Note: I do think many basic apps are perfectly fine and super useful, even more so when they aren't just a shell for sending everything off to some server datacenter to process your queries.

Not sure wtf is Argentina playing but it's not football, dirty plays all around. They absolutely don't deserve to win. I didn't like any previous games from Spain, but at least in this one they aren't doing 11man defense constantly.

  1. Buy cheap shit on Amazon, that is refundable.
6a. Select fastest delivery free to you.
6b. Return item for full refund.
    6c. ???
    6d. Amazon doesn't profit.

Of course we'd need to do this on large scale.

Just supports the voices saying how corrupt FIFA as a whole is.
Utterly useless refereeing, that pointy nose fouling Paraguayan sack of shit, whatever his name is should have been sent of 3 times and I don't even like France or care if they win.

This, Valve spent a lot of time optimising their own engine to run on potatoes because of Dota's popularity some time back. But ofc they've added a whole bunch of stuff afterwards that undid bunch of it. Havent tried anything with source engine since early "open beta" days of Deadlock so not sure where it stands now.

Might not be noticeable enough, smaller memory usually got better timings but a lot also comes down to the CPU you'd ultimately end up using and even the mobo to some degree. That's assuming you're comparing same memory chiplets from same manufacturer packaged by same seller brand.
Unless you're really hammering the memory, as long as it ain't completely shit frequency/timing combination it wouldn't matter to most of us normal users.
