Yes, supposed to be. However, currently federated posts, i.e. posts coming from lemmy.world to lemmynsfw.com, are not automatically flagged. This has been fixed in the next version.

Which client are you using? It works well on Mlem and web UI.

Currently all NSFW content is shown even with hide NSFW option. It will be fixed in next release, probably in 2-4 weeks.
