Are the dietary enzymes effective 100 percent of the time, with no exceptions? If so, then the death penalty tracks. If not, then are investigations carried out as to whether or not the accused needed to eat meat in order to survive? Do prey animals outnumber predators 10:1 on average like in real life? Are the societies all at a near-equal level of economic and technological advancement? How is the treaty upheld? Do any predators worship humanity's past on Earth as the ultimate predator?
