TL;DR

Overall, based on relatively limited published clinical data, our review does not support using blue-light filtering lenses to reduce eye strain with digital device use. It is unclear whether these lenses affect vision quality or sleep, and no conclusions can be drawn about any potential effects on the health of the retina.

Yeah I have one as well and I'm really enjoying it. Good to hear it's still going strong. I've only had mine for about 6 months.

I was going to go for that, but I ended up pledging on the Timemore Sculptor Kickstarter campaign. So waiting for that to arrive now, which likely won't be until end of year.

Yeah, I was buying at least 1-2 coffees a day. I only buy around 2-3 a week now (when I'm not at home). I'm also getting to the point where I'm happier with the quality of coffee at home than what I'm getting at a cafe.

Nice. That's a good combo. I'm looking forward to getting an electric grinder. The hand grinder is going well, but would love something a little quicker and easier haha.

I don't think I ever mastered the aeropress. I prefer the moka pot. I might have to revisit it at some point to see what I was doing wrong.

I'm sure I've missed it, but what exactly have they considered as "high coffee consumption"? Some of their findings show some level of coffee consumption can be beneficial, or inconclusive. Which is usually why most of these studies can be summed up with... just don't overdo it.
