Huh. I just looked at the picture and assumed Ryan Reynolds was confirmed to be an ALF. (Not that surprised, honestly.) Your info seems legit too though.

The funny part is I had no idea. I just assumed he was working on an ALF project because that is the most logical reason why Google would attach him to the search. I guessed it was on Hulu, because they seem hip like that, but it turns out it will not be on Hulu. Also it is a wild brand integration project, like Spice Girls movie type scheme... I hate this timeline.

Is Ryan playing the kid all grown up?

Death_Equity@lemmy.world · 2 pts · 2y

Only thing confirmed is his production company is involved, but I wouldn't put it past him to indulge his pop-culture fetish and have an acting role.

Please? I really hope they do one day reboot it

They are as a marketing vessel, like very intentionally obvious product placement and promotion, probably to the point of parody knowing Reynolds.

It could be very bad or very funny bad.

Is this Google’s glorious AI in action?

ken27238@lemmy.ml · 5 pts · 2y

This is totally something Ryan Reynolds would support.

Funny meme. Quick search shows that it’s a split photo on the people site

I'm not sure if they are wrong tho.
